    Because I was patiently sitting at 23c, and couldn't get fill... Bot seems filled their own orders...

    I couldn't missed out, jumped the line and bought some at 25-26c instead..

    I am sure 23c was technically the bottom on this cycle !

    Good luck for waiting man..
