I expect that you are right about farming projects out. The only other thing I can think of is that Jinchuan will inject more money into the company. POssibly they will sell the Low grade magnetite project to MCC as did CFE with the Cape Lambert deposit.
There are certainly a few options they have to choose from.
My feeling is that TS is a nickel man and so is Jinchuan.
So I think that they will get the Mt Oscar project upto a point that it is attractive to sell. If they get $50-100 million they will have the cash to explore harder and I think that is exactly what TS and Jinchuan want.
Why else would they have got Newexco in if they intend on going with magnetite.
