    Have been monitoring, holding on and off for over a year. Psc management is absolutely world class, their superb negotiation skills for 6c deal, further $10mil upfront payment with no dilution, Arcadia 500mil npv + good day lithium + cobalt + rare earth... 20mil cash in hand...
