The ground breaking ceremony with the Zim government is already planned and booked for later this month I believe. PSC are Zimbabwe's declared poster child to herald in the new era for Zimbabwe and will have all the government backing and support they require. The government want this project to succeed.
Possibly a little extra funding issues to be resolved although have heard that there are parties ready and willing to provide this and should not be an issue. PSC management say they are off to a trade show in HK where they expect to do some deals.
