    The updated PFS(announced 16 March 2018) must have been sufficiently detailed enough for finance to proceed.

    PSC, also canceled the build-and-finance component of the original transaction, enabling it to dictate the build timetable and process. Taking control of the build process for the process facility and mine would enable construction to start in a shorter period of time and potentially bring forward revenues.
