As a UCL holder I agree that the aces sit with BON now - not in a competitive sense though as it seems to be a positive relationship which is great. The JV terms initially favoured them anyway per PpYy's previous analysis. However circumstances have tilted that balance further with BON having cash to spend.
I think UCL will find a way to meet their commitments, they have to really, but it will be expensive for shareholders and BON is looking a good cheap buy now. I really like the potential in Namibia so as the UCL cap raising story plays out I'll be strongly weighing up buying into BON to ensure interest in the project.
