The fact remains more than a few people think ASIC IS 214 is a bit vague. You only need to google it to see it come up on law firms discussion pages etc. and that ASIC revised it and there have been discussions at geos conferences to know the rules aren't black and white.
In other news hopefully it wasnt a dead cat bounce yesterday and slowly keeps creeping back up. The Skytem data must be imminent and hopefully the chats the powers that be are doing in Europe bear some fruit.
