I may be wrong, but I think that KRC resource had previously already been "studied" by the previous tenement owner and those studies had already been flogged to the market. Perhaps it is because of this they were required to reiterate the same numbers as previously mentioned. I don't think the same rigours on SS would have applied years ago, so it won't be surprising if the old SS from the KRC resource had CAPEX figures on them.
