Exactly sunlover - they just announced the cap raise with the acquisition / project announcements or a raising of $1.35m for 13 500 000 shares. Notably Gasson subscribed for $160 000 (more than 10% of the issue) and another insider another $100 000.00.
So those too inside guys take up 20% of the raising, that is good enough for me and looks like they are getting set. This is even though Gasson gets 6m shares for helping lock these projects in and he already held 1m shares before all of this.
The other 6m I assume goes to Klause Eckhof or his nominees and the announcement reaffirms they are consulting to TAR for a year to secure projects in the DRC.
So don’t expect another cap raise straight away... honestly where on earth do you get 13% cobalt trenching results.. not many places and look at the historical results from surface 46.8m at 2% Co... and the others range from 26m and higher at 2-3% Co.
The DRC is known for some massive cobalt assets and this looks pretty exciting to me.
