1 OMN share for every 20 WFD shares.

If I'm not mistaken, there's around 2bn shares in WFD, so let's say 100m shares in OMN.

OMN will be funded with $160m cash, so shouldn't we expect the share price to be a bit higher? Or am I misunderstanding the way the distribution is being done?
