    Everyone wants to buy voc nz- it is a matter of price- $400 mil or $500 mil . The more competition the better. The higher the price might trigger a TO offer for the entire group which was $3.5 before, $2.2b. If the offer was $500 mil then it values aus business for $1.7b - that's pretty cheap IMO!! Dyor
