Has anyone had a look to see if shorting activity spiked days before this article came out. Seems like another dick move from john shitiro stirring sheet again. Besides in Australia to serve alcohol you must (a) hold a relevant RSA, (b) be over the age of 18, and (c) ask for ID on delivery of goods, So this would put the end responsibility on the person delivering the alcohol bottom line. Just because someone has an afterpay account doesn't prove they are 18 and would still need to show ID when accepting goods. I understand that the concern is that underage people are starting an afterpay account and that needs to be addressed but to over dramatize it with the purchase of alcohol to minors is irrelevant to afterpay.
