Hawks did have an easy 2018 draw,
But I think letting 2 games slip to Lions and 1 to Suns evened it up. Because I dont think the Hawks played 4 qtrs in those games.
The difference for 2019 will be the 6 each in the 50 arc when a centre bounce is on. 4 extra players in each 50 ready for any fast entry.
Plus the kick ins from a point will favor sides with a tonking kick from fullback, you can run over the line and kick with the mark set back another 5 meters.
The rules will benefit some sides and hinder others,
