    Luminis hired by Anchorage Capital Partners to seek out interest in Affinity. $700m for 160 centres.
    The questions being asked are who might be interested; G8, overseas investors already heavily involved with companies providing education, Bain, the BFF's, or will we see another provider of early education list on the ASX.

    No doubt the decision will be made before 2 July.
