A Question for you sir: A while back (I can't find the message) I'm sure you posted a message suggesting that Mauritania Permits were "trickling out" . Was this something that you had researched?? Or was this on the grape vine?? Also you had mentioned you believe the permits will be ANN in the 3s?? Is this based on this research/Knowledge??Hoping your able to share the research OR say that you can't reveal the source.
