They like to cause confusion, just like the multiple spikes that can never seem to be sustained. Many watching the deja vu price action and seeing a chance to trade will be drawn into a false sense of security. I've seen it before where long termers taking the trade get locked out as the one controlling the action, pushes it through resistance to a new level.
