I haven't been able to use E-Trade Pro for last 2 weeks
It seems as though Windows Security will not allow it to pop up

Worked out whats going on. The ANZ software is old. The security parameters inside it dont work with modern security and unfortunately we use a lot of security at the office and on our remote server. After spending hours talking to these guys, they have said they are most likely releasing a better product that just works in a typical web browser, but for now this is all they have. "
