Alright, which one of you is Stefan?

"An adelaide-based self-taught day trader with no mentor has avoided jail time after pleading guilty to market manipulation charges.

Stefan Mark Boitcheff was sentenced by the District Court of South Australia to one year and nine months in jail, but released immediately after entering into a recognisance to be of good behaviour for two years. The 32-year-old was facing a maximum of 10 years in jail.

Boitcheff pleaded guilty to one count of market manipulation by creating an artificial price for trading in financial products, and one count of false trading by creating a false or misleading appearance of active trading in financial products.

The first charge related to 112 transactions he carried out in contracts for difference (CFDs) of ASX-listed nano-tech company Anteo Diagnostics between January and July 2013, which increased the share price by between 0.1¢ and 0.2¢

The second charge related to four transactions he carried out in CFDs of Anteo, which had created a false or misleading appearance of active trading in ADO shares."
