A couple of things that really interested me were

• towards the end at the 20.25 min mark Paul Brennan spoke about something that I thought showed how committed PNV were to looking after the customer, he was talking about something called Fenestrated BTM, it was something they learned after the launch in the US, the BTM comes with a thin plastic film on the top, during an operation either a nurse or a junior Surgeon would have to take the time to put small cuts in this thin plasic film to allow fluids to escape through them, Polynovo went back to manufacturing and placed small slits in the plastic film to allow this to happen saving precious time to be saved by either a nurse or a junior surgeon, which freed up their time to do other things!​
