    Some funds are restricted to the amount of shares they can hold in each index, however AAC has been sold down or shorted ever since the CEO left/ results released.
    The bump up was most likely driven by the buyout rumours & now that has lost momentum the sp is falling again.

    Short of an actual offer this share needs some news to change direction.
