I think the "block" at 65.5c is actually pretty straight-forward.
Last week, there was a 172k buyer at 58c for at least a couple of days before it was taken out (almost exactly $100k).
A couple of days ago, the current 172k sell appeared in the sells at 65.5c. Exactly the same amount - simple trading/profit taking I would have thought, albeit a sizeable $100k commitment.
