I believe you would be right in your calculations, around 4.5%, just below the reportable number, 5%. Interesting to see what happens now, is it someone trying to stir the pot or is it someone who knows something or just sees a strong investment case, a clean tight shell? I believe it would be a good thing to have an EGM and put some pressure on the Board to either do a deal or keep the market properly informed, say putting a 6month time frame on them to get there act together or have a disruptive EGM rallying disgruntled shareholders!
