Right there with you. But i also feel now that to help address the communication woes'that management need to also stick to their word. If they say end of this week then make it end of this week.. if they mean monday then say monday. It makes no difference to me either way personally or my opinion - but it does effect many people who will see it as unreliable.

Either way next week I hope continues the climb.
