    I think the phrase 'municipal waste' refers to garbage collection, a function of pick up and transport. Fiercely competitive and low margin.

    CWY has developed toward recycling centres and landfill operation. This is the area affected by the surplus of waste and where enduring opportunity lies.

    The Tox-free merger takes it deeper into this preferred operating sector.

    I am very bullish CWY.
