    The price of gold and operational excellence...In reality, EVN will follow the gold price, but good management will leverage on a high gold price environment and provide a safety buffer in a downturn.

    Have a think about the quality of management and the returns they can squeeze from their mines. Compare and contrast to SLR.

    EVN is unlikely to go bust anytime soon IMO
