    I got my letter today also.

    What I dont understand is why it was sent out by M&A Advisory when the other one was sent out by the Company.

    Have the other directors deliberately sent this out late or has M&A Advisory had to send it out on its own and pay for the mailout itself?

    Something doesnt seem right to me.
