    Nope. He borrowed the money for his shares from a Malaysian group called Twinkle, who were mentioned in the Panama Papers. Check ASX notices. You'll see that Twinkle is named as a Purcell associate. Twinkle also named by Takeovers Panel on questionable refinancing of Moreton Resources, also involving Purcell.
