Its head and shoulders above all the competition however I will say I am not really into projects or expenses. They are much better add ons out there such as receipt bank so I'm not sure what impact to revenue these will have
I think the next thing xero should add to its program is the ability to show graphs on key ratio metrics. Using the client data to produce key ratios and then benchmark that business against others in their industry. It will allow businesses to compare themselves to the competition and highlight areas they are weak on and need improvement. A bit like spotlight does
That's real value add and almost all my clients would pay for that
