Happy to join as a shareholder today. My background is in consulting/software development, especially integrations of web aps and automation of processes. Just about every startup/small business I've worked with is using Xero (mainly UK/Aus), which is incredibly easy to use, and I'm now using this to handle my consulting work. The growth in subscribers is eye-watering, and knowing how lucrative the SaaS model is, happy to be here!
