You don't need to be Albert Einstein to work that out. I've been debating silver (and gold) for years and I still can't think of one single reason to own them.
The days of precious metals being a medium of exchange are well and truly over, the only use in the modern era is for jewellery, it looks nice, that's about it. Gold is not money, it was hundreds of years ago, but not anymore.
