    Disgruntled ex-employees of QBE no doubt hold negative views of whatever efforts are being made to improve shareholder value by Pat Regan. QBE had a few deadwoods in the previous management who made blunders and cost QBE huge losses. Give Pat, Inder and the new management a chance, it can only get better.
