While this is true, it's hardly a rare thing at this end of the market. This post by @Anton Chigurh is worth revisiting regarding Merchant to consider what that 65M sell and them gaining a seat at the board might mean is happening here now. Having a chairman with blockchain links can't be a bad thing either given there is likely to be some interest return to that sector in the not too distant future. Will the turn around come from their current business or some new acquisition? There are plenty of possibilities and it does seem it's just a matter of time.
