I am thinking that the establishment of the Energy Made Clean Kimberley factory, is a hint that EMC were aware that this move by WP was coming. If they didn't know it was coming, it was through marvellous foresight.
Having assembly facilities in Perth and Broome, is good on many levels.
Good access to the whole state, good job prospects in the city and the North West, good for indigenous relations, good access to maintenance and breakdown service.
