- MMR (Indians) already JV Partners and could just throw cash at us to own it outright
- MC is extremely low, Therefore less outlay before money is even made
- Previous Infrastructure
- Already Granted Mining Licenses
-Feasibility & Routes to take is basically already done
- JORC will be sorted very quickly with the current drilling hole approach
- Indian's don't really have their hand in any other Lithium play's that im aware of currently and with MMR being Indian backed & having been there for many many years it would be very easy for them to build another plant and then secure Lithium/Tin/Tantalum all for themselves if needed
- 2x Tenements within close proximity of eachother where feasibility is already proven
- Off take amount is much easier increased with 2x tenements than 1x even if its double the size if needed

Let's say we hit great results at Kanuka, this thing runs to 20cents which to be fair is pretty fair value if the tenement is great considering AVZ's MC...
Market Cap will be ~$80M to pay what AVZ's current MC is ($179.4M MC) that alone would be a massive premium to holders as it is...

I won't even speculate and add Kitolo to that... list goes on as to why it would make sense

Can you elaborate on "Feasibility & Routes to take is basically already done" ??

I also highly doubt Mr 'Delay' JB with prove up a Jorc before years end.
