3mil shares trade

hey guys

i'm a bit concerned to see that there were 3 mil shares sold over the weekend in one trade

3 mil is a huge chunk of the company, so this was probably someone on the inside who has a position on the board, etc

if they're invested this deeply into the company, why would they be selling off their shares now? it kinda makes me nervous

do we know what the reason for this was?
