As stated before you guys are going into a scheme of arrangement
a vote requiring 50 percent of those that vote
if harbour own any shares then they don't count,so they want be buying any.
please try and understand how this works. there is plenty of comment but nothing on about SoA
YOU NEED TO UNITE AS SHAREHOLDERS TO VOTE NO TO DEFEAT HARBOUR YOUR DIRECTORS HAVE ALREADY AGREED SO ITS UP TO YOU TO VOTE NO
SHORTLY TRADING WILL BE SUSPENDED AT LEAST 6 WEEKS WHILE THE BOARD WILL CARRY ON THIS IS THE BEST FOR THE COMPANY
