This is taking things too far.
It has nothing to do with an investment in TYC.
Of course a company has to do business according to the customs of the country it is located in. That is a given. If that means a bit of money paid here and there under the counter, then so be it. But that doesn't mean one rules the business out as a viable investment unless one wants to take the moral high ground.
