According to Benchmark minerals 20.5% sulphate spot is up to $23,000/t or approx $51/lb. Not sure what the pre feasibility assumption will be but things are looking good.
I did a quick comparison of COB’s IRR using ARL’s PFS $43/lb and we’re looking at 67% vs ARL’s 25%. A lot of the difference comes down to COB’s higher grade after the simple crush, gravity separation and float.
As fast as the share price has run the EV / market cap is very low relative to the NPV due to be released soon. Plus all our neighbors are looking to sell ore to us which could turn COB into a major global producer in time.
