If we can finish with .024 buy, that will assist in forming a strong base over 2c, IMO.
At present, the buy side just isn’t showing enough interest to warrant support over 2c.
I’m thinking many smaller holders are happy taking minor positions until the next hopeful leg up.
If news comes out, especially from Higgins depicting a worthwhile find, those minor sell orders could get mopped up by the insto’s very quickly, and she could run nicely.
