Yes but if the SPP is oversubscribed you may not necessarily get the full $15000 quota. Depends if it is done on a first come first serve basis or it is averaged out between shareholders.

I would say yes but a more knowledgeable person may say no.
I went through a similar experience with Archer Exploration AXE when they had an SPP and should have sold and bought back in.
Get advice (which I know you are doing) but beware looking at the current price SP $1.42 the SPP is going to be oversubscribed, hence you will not get your full quota.

Good question. What is the opinion of the forum, I will probably sell a loss to buy in as I will pay CGT tax if I sell CLQ and buy back in.
