$15000

I might be a dumb ass, but before I act (and possibly FU) can someone please confirm that if I sell $15000 of CLQ shares today and retain 5000 shares that I will be still be entitled to participate in the SPP and be issued shares at $1.15.

I think that's how it reads but I don't want to reduce my exposure to CLQ
