All true but --- I am very conscious of the balance, when the people or the ruling group have too much power there is chaos, regardless of the type of government.
Certainly it comes down to either a capitalist system or a benign dictatorship as the only two that have a hope of working.
If you operate a small business you know full well that the degree of government control by bureaucrats who do not have the foggiest idea of how business operates, makes life very difficult and is a direct result of why we have no industry in Australia.
Regardless of what you are discussing the same rules apply -- both parties must have to get benefits from the deal withing the conditions set down
