Banks lend the money at all costs similar thinking to investors it will never
go down, yet their comes a point that Govt involved to keep the scheme going comes to an end.The state get easy money regarding stamp duty, any thing difficult is never dealt with--like affordability--hence they want continued immigration from mainland China, India--while the rest of the taxpayers fund the illegals!!
