Though possible I don't think so. First, it's illegal -- yeah, I'm smiling keyng about it too. However, Rand and Barrick seems to have been a surprise, as was Goldcorp being bought by Newmont. So, maybe, but not in any way a deal breaker. Obviously, then, I don't think that "at least explain why the SP has been so suppressed..." OTOH I don't know why the sp is slowly and steadily rising, ie. lagging lagging others, but to reiterate, I don't believe it has anything to do with confidentiality concerns.
"Great time to buy when a large holder is trying to sell." YES. The risk for GOR is to the upside.
