    It is shocking.
    Rather than selling above 100 dollars
    QBE  is selling still at 10 dollars.
    See how many years ago it brome the LONG TERM DOWNTREND LINE  and went up a bit
    only to disappoint again.
    Let us hope it does what it needs to do this time,
    Keep on the up march and go to its real worth.
