    Maybe check this out in detail before claiming something that you clearly do not know is right ?

    It's a scheme of arrangement, not a takeover and the requirement is 75% of shares / votes and 50% of 'actual' shareholders votes as a YES for this to succeed - just sayin' .... so yes each individual shareholder 'counts' !!
