    It looks good today and feels 10 is very much behind us.
    Those having the courage and bought in mid 9 s are already ahead but hey it is always easy to look back when there is blood and fear as most people will run and it pays off to take opposite view sometime.
    QBE has every chance to move back to late 10 or early 11 not 100% sure but it is possible.
    Enjoy the journey while it lasts.........
