It is not good in the short-medium term, but in the long term it could be good, its is a profitable arm of the company.
The problem in the short-medium term is that it should mean further writedowns of goodwill, as they obviously cannot sell it at what they think its worth. It also might make finding a new CEO harder, it would have been much easier if they could start with some fresh air.
