We're jumping around threads here but just to keep some continuity I've copied my post yesterday on the Ann. Initial Directors Interest Notice thread as below:
I'm giving this until the (The Quarterly Activities Report) for some positive and informative news. If there isn't then I'll ring Simon to determine what is going on. If after this discussion I'm no further informed as to what is going or haven't got a commitment from Simon to provide timely updates then the next step I shall seek is legal advice on whether a Special General Meeting can be called. I don't know much about whether that is achievable and if there is anybody out there that can advice me that would be great.
From ASIC web site I see that shareholders with at least 5% can call a 'shareholder requisitioned meetings’ see link below:
http://asic.gov.au/regulatory-resou...t-general-meetings-requested-by-shareholders/
Perhaps after the Quarterly comes out and we don't have answers, we HCers should discuss perhaps calling one of these meeting. I have a 2% holding in the company, so it would just require another 3%.
Mind you having said the above...whether calling one of these meetings would achieve anything would also need to be considered.
