I agree with you on the calls for $1 etc. Way premature.
However, just because a company has a PFS doesnt mean its good. ARL's PFS was crap, simple as that. Nobody will look at a company unless it has an IRR of 25% and they had to use pretty high spot prices to barely achieve that with massive capex to boot.
If CLA has a IRR of only 25% on the same assumed prices I will be the first to dump all my shares.
